The right person for this job needs to enjoy working from as
10:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift
. This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.
Daily Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.
- Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.
- Serve as back-up walking courier.
- Perform data entry.
Opening/Closing the office/facility
Assisting with customer support tickets
Process Asset Returns
Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents
Preferred Experience
1-3 years previous experience
- Military experience is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail
Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
