Principal

We are looking for a leader who can build on the school’s strong foundations and continue to develop a culture of high expectations, kindness and respect.

At Shireland Hall, we place a strong emphasis on reading, communication, character and personal development. Our four core values - kindness, honesty, respect and determination - underpin our approach, helping children to become confident, responsible citizens who understand and value different perspectives.

The successful candidate will

• Build on the school’s existing strengths while continuing to raise ambition.
• Create an environment where children and staff can thrive.
• Develop people and encourage the sharing of expertise.
• Contribute to collaboration and improvement across The Elliot Foundation.
