Shore Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our primary care team, working across our practice sites as required.
Demonstrate the ability to work within the Four Pillars of Advanced Practice, (HEE 2017), and the NMC Code of Conduct (2018), and deliver nursing care of the highest standard.
Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your work, promoting high standards of clinical care.
Provide a first point of contact for patients that present with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, making use of skills of history taking, complex clinical decision making to establish diagnosis and management plan.
Instigate necessary invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests and investigations, interpreting findings where appropriate.
Prescribe safely, using evidenced based and cost-effective measures as defined by current legislative and professional frameworks within scope of practice, Complete Annual Prescribing Portfolio as part of CPD.
