The Ideal Candidate
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Holds or is working toward the SENCO national professional qualification (NPQ)
- Has successful experience of working with students with SEND in a secondary setting
- Has a thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current SEND legislation
- Is passionate about inclusive education and raising achievement for vulnerable learners
