- Job Responsibilities: Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
- Perform extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the cause(s) of customers’ concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Mentor and coach less experienced automotive technicians/mechanics
- Assist fellow technicians to become efficient and effective
- Keep workspace clean and safe to ensure safety and equipment longevity
Requirements
MO State Safety Inspection License
Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience – amount depends on position for which applying
Ability to diagnose and repair with little to no oversight and 100% accuracy in repair on the first time
ASE certification desirable
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to operate all auto repair tools skillfully, including current diagnostic tools and equipment
