What You’ll Do
You’ll coordinate the patient experience from arrival to departure:
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer phones and assist with questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Educate patients on services and next steps
Insurance & Administration
Verify insurance eligibility
Update patient demographics
Collect copays and process payments
Document visits in EMR
Clinic Coordination
- Work closely with medical assistants and providers
- Help keep clinic flow organized and on time
- Prepare patients for visits when needed
- You are the hub of the clinic, communication, organization, and kindness are key.
What We’re Looking For
2+ year customer service or medical office experience preferred
Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong multitasking and computer skills
- Comfortable in a busy environment
- Interest in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics a plus
High school diploma required
Available for occasional Saturdays
