Skylight Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Consultant to join the organisation as Medical Director. Reporting to the Clinical Team Lead, this senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the clinical strategy of a growing specialist mental health provider. Working as a key member of the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will lead clinical quality and governance, support service development and innovation, provide expert clinical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and help ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred neurodevelopmental services.
