Compensation: Up to $85K/year (after insentives)
Smartland manages 1,400+ apartments and single-family homes across Cleveland and is hiring a results-driven Property Manager to lead a 300+ unit residential portfolio.
This is a leadership role responsible for occupancy, collections, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to protect and grow asset value.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
On-call rotation required
Occasional evenings/weekends
What You’ll Own
Occupancy and leasing performance
Collections and delinquency control
Unit turn timelines and maintenance oversight
Resident satisfaction
KPI tracking and financial reporting
Team leadership and accountability
What You Bring
2+ years multifamily property management experience
Strong Fair Housing knowledge
- Leadership experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
- Budgeting and KPI management experience
- Organized, decisive, and performance-driven mindset
