Essential Cuisine are looking to recruit a full time Sales Order Processor to join their busy team.
The SOP member will report to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager and work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse and customers directly.
Responsibilities
Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200.
Knowledge and understanding of export procedures
Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries
Checking stock levels
Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion
Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications
Skills and Experience
Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone.
The ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
A flexible approach to work
The ability to solve problems.
Hours:
40 hrs /per week, 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8-4pm Fridays
