Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference every day? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our friendly and supportive ward team.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to patients, ensuring their individual needs are always at the centre of your practice. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, responding to changes in patients' conditions and making sound clinical decisions, escalating concerns where appropriate.
