Salary: £31554.00 to £33270.00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Day Facilities Float to work at Maudsley Hospital for the Facilities Department, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader.
To help provide a front of house, fully comprehensive, professional, and courteous Facilities service for the stakeholders of the Site and Community Sites
To man the main reception at Maudsley
To collect and deliver post to and from the Trusts service locations, driving a Trust vehicle.
To collect and dispose of clinical and domestic waste from services.
To deliver clean and collect soiled linen to wards and departments.
To respond to Planet FM requests promptly and prioritise them appropriately, in line with departmental standards.
To report defective equipment to immediate line manager, using MS Office Word/Excel.
To provide cover for CCTV monitoring as required.
Attend all intruder alarms whilst maintaining personal safety
Liaise with emergency services when required, recording in an occurrence book all incidents.
Carry out duties of fire warden
