Work collaboratively with registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for children with complex and acute healthcare needs. Monitor, record and escalate changes in patients' conditions, ensuring timely recognition of deterioration and appropriate intervention. Undertake delegated clinical skills and responsibilities within the Nursing Associate scope of practice, following local policies, procedures and competency frameworks. Deliver high-quality, family-centred care that supports the physical, emotional and developmental needs of children and their families throughout their critical care journey.
