No two days will be the same and as a Learning & Development Coordinator, your key duties will be to:
The Workforce, Education, and
Development (WELD) Coordinator coordinates learning & development activity
to ensure Hospice staff receive the right training at the right time to meet
our regulatory obligations and are offered a varied and engaging curriculum of
education and development to support their wellbeing and performance at work.
The role also involves gathering feedback to understand the impact of learning
and development, so the WELD offering can be refined, improved and developed.
