The role involves encouraging positive behaviour, supporting play, building positive relationships with pupils and responding appropriately to any incidents or welfare needs that may arise.
The successful candidate will be a positive role model with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to supporting children. You will share our high expectations for behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding, and be able to work effectively as part of a dedicated school team.
