Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for Palliative and end of life care?. Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with life limiting illnesses and those important to them?
Provide clinical and managerial leadership within the Inpatient Unit, overseeing nursing staff, healthcare assistants, and volunteers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred palliative care.
Work collaboratively with other Healthcare professionals to provide patient care which promotes best practice and maintains the patients optimum independence.
