Responsibilities
- Assist the dental hygienists during visits
- Welcome patients and help create a positive first impression
- Prepare patients for treatments and checkups while ensuring their comfort
Updating health histories
Taking xrays
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
Active Texas dental assistant license
Dental Assistant training/school certification
1 year or more of dental assisting clinical experience preferred
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Experience with digital software
Excellent interpersonal skills
