Salary: £41,777 to £47,665 per annum (pro rata £39,043 to £47,665 per annum)

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.
You will have:
Degree level qualification or equivalent experiential knowledge.
Broad leadership experience in a position working with children in a secondary school or other equivalent setting.
Proven experience of supporting children with special educational needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
The ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
