Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner-Fracture Clinic

Salary: £38744.00 to £49970.00

The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner to join the Outpatients Department based at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.

The post holder has management responsibility for staff within the plaster room on a daily basis, prioritising the workload and delegating appropriately under the guidance of the Outpatient Manager.

To take
responsibility for a varied and diverse group of patients, being responsible
for assessing, planning and implementing care in the various clinical settings.
The post holder will have overall responsibility for delivery of casting
service provided. This will include management and delivery of the service as
well as a high degree of clinical involvement. The post holder will be expected
to manage and consult on the most complex cases.
