Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in the Bronx, NY . You'll provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping older adults improve their independence, safety, and quality of life while collaborating closely with experienced Occupational Therapists.

What You'll Do
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living safely and independently.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety.
- Accurately document patient progress using our electronic medical record system.
- Communicate regularly with supervising OTs and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Travel between patient homes within your designated Bronx coverage area.

Qualifications
Current New York Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Bronx
- Home health experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
