1st Shift $20–$25/hour
2nd or 3rd Shift $24–$30/hour

Stevens Industries is growing, and we’re looking for Machine Operators to join our team!
As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate equipment such as
saws, drills, banding machines, and CNC machinery
, while helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery
Monitor product quality and make adjustments when needed
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
Assist other operators and team members
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Communicate with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors
Jump in where needed to keep production moving
Requirements
