a world-class manufacturer of wood and laminated products

is seeking an Electrical Engineer to improve and support the automated equipment in our Teutopolis manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on engineering role involving PLC programming, robotic systems, equipment integration, and troubleshooting on the production floor.
What you’ll do
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related controls.
Support robotic equipment and integrate new or upgraded automation.
Work with maintenance and production to solve recurring equipment problems and improve reliability.
Help specify, install, test, and commission equipment; maintain electrical drawings and controls documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering
.
Hands-on PLC programming experience, including writing or modifying programs for manufacturing equipment.
Experience working with industrial robots and manufacturing automation.
Experience troubleshooting electrical and control systems in a manufacturing facility.
Ability to work on-site in Teutopolis.
No relocation assistance is available.
Current authorization to work in the United States. Stevens will not provide employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
