We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Family Nurse who is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting young families to achieve positive, lasting change. As a Family Nurse, you will deliver the
Family Nurse Partnership (FNP) programme
to eligible pregnant young women and their families, providing intensive, structured and therapeutic support in the home and community. You will build trusting, respectful relationships with families, working alongside them to develop their confidence, skills and aspirations and to achieve positive outcomes for themselves and their children.
