Requirements
- Qualifications: Experience and Education
- Minimum three years’ experience originating mortgage loans.
- Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Knowledge
Thorough understanding of mortgage lending fundamentals and regulations.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products.
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate lending related topics clearly and succinctly to others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.
- Strong organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Ability to keep and maintain pass requirements for SAFE ACT.
- Current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to become registered upon employment.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent travel.
- Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times.
