Elmbridge Neighbourhood Mental health Team
in the Complex Needs pathway is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse (NMC) to join our team. We have two roles:
full time and

You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be committed to delivering a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of our well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team to meet the needs of service users and their carers.
