Mental Health Rehabilitation offers: a whole systems approach to recovery from mental illness that maximises the individuals quality of life and social inclusion by encouraging their skills promoting independence and autonomy in order to give them hope for the future and leads to successful community living through appropriate support.
*A breadth of knowledge & skills providing holistic & person centred care & support for people of all ages, in a variety of settings
*Know parameters of medication administration within the speciality they are working in Administer medication within NMC guidelines and the Trust's Medicines Code, within level of competence and job role and ensure they are up to date with their mandatory training
