Synergy companies is looking for a new HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. Qualifications
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred
- familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- ability to handle physical workload
- strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
EPA certification (required)
Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes
ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually
Responsibilities
- install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance request
- adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- test and sealing of ducting systems
- provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
