About the role
Salary: £27000.00 to £30000.00
Build strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement
Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards
Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency
Review learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback
Support learners with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where required
Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA)
Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times
