HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role
- Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
- Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students, faculty members, and clinical groups.
- Identifies and addresses barriers to success.
- Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
- Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
- Performs miscellaneous duties.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education
Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
Preferred Education
None.
Required Experience
Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.
Preferred Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work as a team member.
