HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Practice Administrator I at our Bradfordville Primary Care Clinic. The Practice Administrator I is responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management of one or more physician practice locations within a large multi-specialty medical group. This position ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services, achievement of financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. The Practice Administrator I partners closely with physicians, clinical leaders, and centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years progressive healthcare operations management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience managing healthcare teams.
- Experience in ambulatory care, physician practice management, or multi-site healthcare operations.
