HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manage inventory level of OR supplies; assure proper maintenance and repair of OR equipment; responsible for efficient and effective management of the resources and personnel in the sterile processing department.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education
Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Vocational/Technical School Degree
Required Experience
Minimum: 1 year sterile processing experience
Required Certification/License/Registry
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) credential from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) [formerly the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM)] or the Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) credential from the Certification Board For Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within one (1) year post-hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.
Completion of a sterile processing course and/or a vocational/technical school diploma/degree in surgical technology. More than one (1) year of sterile processing experience. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
