Patient Safety Support Officer - 37.5 - 12 months
The post holder will be expected to support the incident and serious incident elements of the work of the Corporate Nursing and Integrated Governance Team, ensuring there is robust application of Trust governance processes, policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job ToCommunicate with a range of contact's e.g. staff from other departments, external clients, patients and their families, concerning both routine and complex information, some of which may be confidential.
