An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and work within the Darlington Crisis Resolution and Intensive Home Treatment Team. This post is to cover maternity leave for 12 months. Successful candidates will be offered the opportunity to work within our Darlington team at West Park Hospital.
The team operates over 24 hours, 7 days a week,12-hour shift pattern.This is a band 6 post open to registered nurses, occupational therapists and social workers with current relevant registration with the NMC, HCPC or SWE.
The post holders will be responsible for the clinical leadership of more junior members of the team, prioritising workload and utilising resources appropriately to ensure that service user needs are met. The team is also responsible for gate keeping admissions to the acute admission wards.
