Project Manager – Restaurant Construction | Reston, VA
A long-standing commercial GC in Reston, VA is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to own restaurant projects across Northern Virginia and DC, from kickoff through closeout.
What you'll run
- 3 restaurant projects: 2 in VA and 1 in DC
- 2 smaller projects for a repeat customer
- 1 higher-end downtown DC build, approximately $5M
- All local, no overnight travel
What you'll do
- Own budget, cost tracking and financial performance
- Handle subcontractor buyout and contracts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and long-lead procurement
- Drive the schedule with your Superintendent
- Lead OAC meetings and work directly with owners, architects and engineers
- Support an APM and keep repeat clients happy
- Run closeout, punch lists and turnover
What you bring
5+ years as a commercial construction PM
Ground-up restaurant experience
- True project ownership, not just PM support
- Northern Virginia / DC market experience

130K base plus holiday bonus
