Process Technician – Injection & Blow Molding | $24–$32/hr + Bonus Auburn, NY Area | Onsite | Direct Hire
Growing plastics manufacturer near Auburn, NY is hiring Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. No degree needed- we'll train the right person out of high school, military, or trade school. Come build a real career with a company that promotes from within!
Pay & Schedule
$24.00–$32.00/hour based on experience
Profit-based company bonus
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts (day or night), every other weekend

What You'll Do
- Operate and troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
- Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and mold changeovers
- Complete daily machine checks and documentation
- Keep production running safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- No formal education required — hands-on aptitude and reliability matter most
- Injection molding experience a plus (not required for entry-level)
Strong, stable work history
Team player ready to grow into a long-term technician career
