The Fishponds
Family Practice is looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner and
independent prescriber to join our friendly and established multidisciplinary
team.
Working as an
autonomous practitioner within an agreed scope of practice, you will assess and
manage patients presenting with minor illness and appropriate undifferentiated
symptoms.
Provide
advanced, person-centred clinical care for registered patients, with a planned
mix of minor illness and acute assessment alongside long-term-condition
management.
