We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Diabetes Specialist Nurse
to join our primary care team. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical management for patients with diabetes, supporting early intervention, effective disease management, and the prevention of long-term complications.

Working collaboratively with GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, and the wider multidisciplinary team, the post holder will deliver specialist diabetes clinics, provide patient education, support self-management, and contribute to the ongoing development of diabetes services within the practice.

The post holder will work as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse within our busy GP practice in Luton, serving a population of approximately 17,000 patients .
