As the Midwife Lead, you will manage and oversee the Maternity Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, ensuring its effective operation, sustainability, and ongoing development. You will lead service delivery, support colleagues, and provide expert guidance to optimise the use of the system across the Trust.
The Digital Lead Midwife provides strategic and clinical leadership for the maternity digital agenda, ensuring systems are safe, effective, and fully integrated across the Trust. Acting as the expert resource on maternity digital developments, the role represents the Trust at regional and national forums and aligns initiatives with guidance such as
