The Welby Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team, working up to 6 sessions per week across two of our practices.
As a Salaried GP, you will:
The successful candidate will: Provide comprehensive general medical services to the registered practice population.
Deliver high standards of evidence-based clinical care.
Manage both urgent and routine appointments.
Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in practice meetings and clinical discussions.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Maintain professional registration and complete mandatory training.
Participate in appraisal and revalidation.
Support practice development and innovation.
