Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and monitoring during overnight hours based on individualized client care plans.
- Administer specialized nursing interventions within scope (PICC line management, port accessing, peripheral IV insertion).
- Support clients and families with health education, medication administration, and compassionate guidance.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and report status changes to interdisciplinary care teams.
- Participate in periodic case management conferences and team check-ins.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Active BLS Certification .
Proven proficiency in
peripheral IV placement, accessing ports, and PICC line care
.
Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse .
Strong clinical judgment, independence, and basic digital charting/computer skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
