About the role
Compensation: $75,000 +DOE
Mazda White Plains, a proud member of The Premier Collection is seeking a customer centric Service Advisor to join our growing Fixed Operations team. We are a new, State of the Art facility located in the heart of Westchester County.
We have assembled a very experienced management team to support you as you embark on your journey of excellence and customer centricity.
Responsibilities include
- Greet clients, many of whom have never been here before. Assess concerns and offer solutions in both digital and in a print out form.
- Communicate in customer friendly terms recommended services and pricing.
- Coordinate workflow with Parts Dept. and technicians.
- Handle invoicing and payment processing.
- Hands on approach to cultivate your new client base with many first time visitors.
- Experience preferred but will consider someone with strong communication skills, coupled with high horsepower work ethic.
- Proven excellent CSI or CX360 is a plus.
