Overview
Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH/CE Lead Service Technician to showcase your expertise in diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while guiding a team of diesel mechanic professionals.
Responsibilities
Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise
:
Lead by example with top-tier diagnostics, diesel repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high quality and efficiency while mentoring and enhancing team performance
Documentation and Communication
:
Complete detailed documentation, clearly communicate issues and solutions to supervisors and customers, and utilize computer tools for task management
Technical Support and Training
:
Stay current with technical knowledge, pursue relevant training, address customer complaints, and seize opportunities to improve service and drive sales

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years’ of Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic experience and/or related military experience
- Ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities, as needed
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
Must have your own tools, or the ability to acquire them prior to starting
