Program Operations Manager manages day-to-day operational execution of the Contractor Incubator, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordination of program activities, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations, scheduling, and workflows
- Coordinate participant intake, service sequencing, and training calendars
- Support staff supervision and internal coordination
- Manage contracts, vendors, and subcontractor logistics
- Maintain operational documentation and readiness for monitoring and audits
Requirements
- Experience in program operations or project management within grant-funded initiatives
- Strong organizational and systems management skills
