Essential Functions: Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items Set up workstations Competencies: Ability to go the above and beyond for co-workers and guests High integrity . "Do the right thing" mentality Thrives in a team environment Works with and has a great attitude Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Part-Time. Days and hours of work are varied between Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a.m and 12 a.m. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays. Requirements Required for employment: Upon hire, employees will be assigned food safety training that must be completed as part of the onboarding process. Physical Demands: This is largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift. Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold are present in a kitchen environment.
