What You’ll Work On
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota standards
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
Execute multi-point inspections with integrity and clear documentation
Communicate findings clearly to service advisors
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow dealership and manufacturer compliance standards

Performance Expectations
40–60+ flat-rate hours per week (based on skill and efficiency)
Efficiency target: 100%+
Comeback rate: <1%
Safety and compliance: 100% adherence
What It Takes
2+ years prior automotive technician experience
ASE certifications or Toyota experience preferred
Strong diagnostic ability
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Team-first attitude and steady communication
