Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers for projects located in the Columbus, OH area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-31/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope
Connect steel beams, cross members, and metal decking
Stick welding
Adhere to all jobsite safety standards and procedures
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of steel erection up to 2 stories high
- Experience connecting steel beams, cross members, and metal decking
- Familiarity with standard ironworking tools and equipment
Experience with stick welding
- Experience using a blow torch for bolt connections and steel work
- Comfortable working at heights and walking steel
- Experience operating or working from lifts
