Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for projects located in the Sheboygan Falls, WI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $40/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope
Program, set up, and operate a Giddings & Lewis Horizontal RT 1250 with a Fanuc 310i Model A controller using FeatureCam 2025
Create setups and fixturing
Select appropriate tooling
Read and interpret blueprints
- Manufacture parts to exact specifications
- Program setup and run variety of machine tools to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Check all diameters and dimensions
- Study blueprint and plan efficient way to manufacture parts
- Use overhead cranes to lift large parts or materials safely
- Measure parts using precision measuring equipment
Maintain machine shop equipment
Perform machine maintenance
Assist in establishing procedures to manufacture parts more efficiently
Deburrs parts when time allows
Requirements
- You must have a high school diploma
- 3+ years of machinist experience
Perform metric conversions
Strong working knowledge of mazatrol or other machine software
Read and understand blueprints specifications and routings
