Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Painters for projects located in or around Grand Ledge, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope
- Perform interior and exterior painting on a variety of commercial and residential projects
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and patching
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Cut in walls, ceilings, trim, and other finished surfaces
- Maintain quality workmanship and professional finishes
- Follow all jobsite safety requirements and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous painting experience
Experience with spray equipment preferred
Must have painter whites
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
