Do
Work with
Distribution
- Team’s leadership to drive the air distribution strategy in
- North America and Latam.
- Partnering with Airlines to ensure strong collaboration on distribution matters, alignment on goals and enhancing the overall offering to joint customers
- Work through content related issues and apply solutions as
- required
- to overcome challenges
Working
closely with
Product & Technology
,
Marketplace
- and Commercial teams to
- ensure alignment
- and
- progress on key goals
- Developing and implementing new strategies to evolve and expand the content offered to customers
- utilizing
- new capabilities and technology as
- required
- Develop commercial models to meet the evolving needs of the marketplace
What
We’re
Looking For
3+ years of experience in the
Airline and/or travel
- distribution space . Ideally with g ood knowledge of NDC
- Strong product and technology knowledge base
- to influence and lead product-related discussions.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external partners. Ability to navigate a complex organization and find the right internal partner for each project
- Critical thinking skills coupled with translating complex technical and business issues into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Experience of ‘future proofing’ within organizations
Strong negotiation skills
- to ensure

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$88,200.00 - $163,800.00
The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
