We are seeking a
Client Solutions professional with 1–2 years of experience for a remote contractor position in the Vietnam
, with a preference for candidates based in
US business hours
.
This is a client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Expert Engagement Management
Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on projects
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
Coordinate effectively between clients and experts across regions
- Research & Consulting Support
Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on projects
Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making
- Client Support & Delivery
Support ongoing client engagement and project execution
Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes
Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal global teams to deliver projects
Ensure seamless coordination across time zones and stakeholders
Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and research capability
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy'
