Description LTL Truck Driver 1st Shift Elwood, IL Driver Recruiting Description UNIS is one of the largest & fastest growing Logistics companies . We are looking for qualified Class A Drivers for our LTL & FTL Division. As a LTL/FTL Class A Driver for UNIS Transportation you will transport Non- Hazardous freight with consistent volumes picking up and delivering to our rapidly expanding nationwide network of terminals. This is a Monday through Friday, 1st shift start 9am to 7:00pm. Requirements
Verifiable work experience as a Class A CDL Driver (minimum 2 years).
Valid Class A CDL and acceptable DOT/Safety driving record.
Meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Department of Transportation and possess a valid DOT Medical card.
No DUI’s or major driving violations.
Satisfactorily pass a drug and alcohol test.
Willing to submit a background check and provide employment recommendations.
Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, vehicle inspection and maintenance
